Restorations

Fillings are done under local anesthesia. Decay is drilled out and composite material is placed to restore the tooth.

Crowns
Crowns are synthetic caps, made of materials such as porcelain and zirconium and are placed on top of a prepped tooth. Crowns are typically used to restore a tooth's function and appearance following a restorative procedure such as a root canal. When decay in a tooth has become so advanced that large portions of the tooth must be removed, crowns are often used to restore the tooth.
Bridges
Bridges are natural looking dental appliances that can replace a section of missing teeth. Because they are custom made, bridges are barely noticeable and can restore the natural contour of the teeth as well as the proper bite relationship between upper and lower teeth.

Root Canal Therapy
When teeth become decayed into the pulp, in order to save the tooth a root canal has to be performed. Teeth may have between 1 and 4 canals. Root Canal Therapy entails one or two visits. During the first visit, a small hole is drilled through the top of the tooth and into the inner chamber. Diseased tissue is removed and the inner chamber is cleansed and disinfected. The cleansed chambers and canals are filled with elastic material and medication designed to prevent infection. The drilled hole is temporarily filled until a post and permanent filling is done on the second visit.
Extractions
When a tooth is decayed, or fractured and cannot be restored it must be extracted. We do this under local anesthesia.
Dentures and Partial Dentures
Complete dentures replace all the teeth while partial dentures replace some missing teeth and prevents other teeth from changing position.
Overdentures
This is a solution for people who have difficulties keeping a lower denture secure. An over-denture is a denture that fits over implants. The implants are placed by an oral surgeon to help provide stability and support for the denture.

Cosmetic Procedures

Veneers
Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain or plastic cemented to the front of your teeth to change their color or shape. Veneers are used on teeth with uneven surfaces, chipped, discolored, oddly shaped, unevenly spaced, or crooked. Veneers can create a more desirable smile.
Bonding
A white composite material is placed over the tooth to repair a fracture, or to change the shape of the tooth.
Whitening or Bleaching
Whitening and bleaching procedures have effectively restored the smile of patients with stained, dull, or discolored teeth.
